When I first started “adulting,” fitness was just a fun hobby. But as life got busier, it fell to the back burner. By my mid-30s, I was juggling family and work, feeling drained, and stuck in the cycle of diet after diet—chasing shortcuts that never stuck. Why? Because none of them were built for my body. At 4'11", I was completely overlooked by fitness and nutrition rules made for “average” people who are much taller.
Once I saw that, everything changed. I stopped forcing cookie-cutter plans and started building strength and energy in a way that actually worked for me. That shift led me to become a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and bodybuilding competitor. And after helping hundreds of women, I can tell you: following rules that don’t fit your body is the fastest way to fail. Real strength, confidence, and lasting results come from finding what works for your life and your body.
